My name is Rory Hogan, and I am the founder of

Since day one, I have always had a passion for rugby and fitness. My experiences in rugby specifically have shaped who i am today, as it has taught me the values of leadership, discipline and teamwork. These values have been crucial in starting my proffesional journey, and since adopting these values into my day to day life I have never looked back.
